The goal of the Coalition is to expand services and programs in the Ward 7 community, specifically services that support unpaid caregivers and those for whom they are caring. We are working to do this through:

• Listening sessions to hear directly from the community and the caregivers about their needs for support and access to resources

• Collaborating with the community to understand their definition of caregiver and its meaning to those who are in active caregiver roles in Ward 7 and Ward 8

• Providing community members access to understand their Caregiver Intensity Score and the things driving and buffering their caregiver experience

• Creating opportunities for dialog within the participating faith communities to encourage and facilitate peer support and interaction with Faith Leaders

• Supporting local and federal advocacy efforts by leveraging the findings from our efforts
